The following product and service T&C apply to the sale of any entry tickets, voucher, pass, product and/or use of the services and facilities with Kiztopia Hong Kong Holding Ltd. with its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter, “Our”, “Us”, “We” or “KIZTOPIA”).

The Product and Service T&C, serves as one of the “Appendices” for the Conditions of Sale and shall form part of your agreement with Us. The Conditions of Sale and its Appendices are available at any time for your reference on our website at www.kiztopia.com.hk (“Website”), and may be revised, supplemented and amended from time to time.

Physical Admission Ticket / Gift Voucher

1. Valid for one Participant and one accompanying Adult only.  No exchanging is allowed.
2. Valid for 1 to 6 months (subject to change) from date of issue.
3. Valid for 1/ 1.5hours/ or 2 hours of play time (subject to change), and on the same day only.
4. This Admission Ticket/Voucher is non-refundable, not for re-sale, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
5. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com.hk and the same are duly incorporated herein.
6. In the event that the purchaser is purchasing the Tickets/Voucher for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kiztopia.com.hk.
7. By purchasing this ticket/pass/card, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale, and agreed to be bound by them.
8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kiztopia is final.

10x Admission Pass

1. Valid for six months from date of issue.
2. Valid for 1/ 1.5hours/ or 2 hours play time per admission.
3. The 10x Admission Pass must be presented at time of admission. Each admission allows entry of one Participant and one accompanying Adult.  No exchanging is allowed.
4. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. This card entitles you to 10% off Kiztopia’s merchandise and food & beverages at Kiztopia Café. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons unless otherwise stated.
6. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com.hk and the same are duly incorporated herein.
7. In the event that the purchaser is purchasing the 10x Passes for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the Adults of all Participants, the purchaser’s agents and/or affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated on the Website at www.kiztopia.com.hk.
8. By purchasing this ticket/pass/card, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale, and agreed to be bound by them.
9. In the event of dispute, the decision of Kiztopia is final.

Annual Pass

1. Valid for one year from date of issue. Valid for 1 session of play time any day for X-treme pass and weekday (excluding PH) for X-pert.
2. The Annual Pass must be presented at time of admission. Each Annual Pass allows entry of one Participant and one accompanying Adults. No exchanging is allowed.
3. Non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. This card entitles you to (i) 10% off KIZTOPIA’s merchandise. (ii) 10% off Birthday Party Packages. (iii) 10% off food & beverages at Kiztopia Cafe. All discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons unless otherwise stated.
5. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com.hk and the same are duly incorporated herein.

Physical Discount Voucher

1. This discount voucher is valid for 1 to 6 months from the date of issue.
2. This voucher is applicable only for walk-in purchase of Single Admission Ticket.
3. Only one voucher can be use per transaction.
4. This voucher has to be presented before purchase. Any photocopy, e-copy or any other type of copy of the discount voucher will not be accepted.
5. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, special offers and/or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
6. This voucher will not be accepted if torn or defaced. Kiztopia will not be responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher.
7. Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Sale which are set out at www.kiztopia.com.hk and the same are duly incorporated herein.
8.
